Delaware County Council Files Lawsuit Against Marple Township

Despite assurances to the so called “Angry Mob” at the latest Delaware County Council Meeting(Seen Here), The Council has filed a lawsuit against Marple Township as can be seen in the filing I received by Right to Know Request below:

Remember these are your Tax Dollars fighting themselves in court because the county council is intent on using those buildings to house “A Mental Institution for 24 Patients and 20 employees while requesting 68,000 Square Feet”. Meanwhile the county already has empty beds at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital for Mental Health that they’re in a contract for…

For those who think that @DelcoCouncil wants a “Mental Institution” and don’t think theyre trying that as a Trojan Horse: Tell me why then do they need Don Guanella when they already have the beds at Mercy Fitzgerald?

You know what makes more sense that they want to use in that 68,000 square feet? A homeless shelter for illegal immigrants since they also filed the lawsuit as a violation of the “Fair Housing Act”
