Listen. I am not a professional author nor an English scholar but what I am is an avid listener of philly sports talk radio. Both stations have my attention. 975 The Fanatic has me in the morning with Farzetta and Tra while WIP has my Drivetime attention with Jon Marks and Ike.

What is missing? Well my midday show was taken from me last week when Jason Myrtetus was stupidly released from the midday show with the human hoagie Anthony Gargano. I’ve listened to his marble mouthed south Philly or Jersey(depending on which accent he spews) for over a decade. What I have noticed is his co-hosts continue to disappear like deli meats on his dinner plate.
What is the appeal with this guy? He is condescending and an insecure name dropper. If I hear Baldy, Kennedy, Spaggs or Matt Rhule one more time I may stab my ears with an electric turkey carver. He can’t stand any type of rebuttal nor can he deal properly with anybody that doesn’t eat or breathe his bullshit. He has failed everywhere except the dinner table. Whatever show he touches melts like butter on the pancakes he says “he’s out on”.
It’s been a week and already the programming is back to “who are you out on?” “Who is on your Mt. Rushmore” blah blah blah. Cmon man. This is who continues to get jobs to talk…I mean spit sports? I can guarantee if I was to give all his former co-hosts truth serum it would go like this:
“Dawwwww man. Hate da face guy. He shows up 5 minutes before the show smelling like he was on a sandwich binge the night before.”

Congrats Fanatic. You lost one streamer for the middays and you gained back the dirty 6 that have followed Gargano his whole career, which in reality, I think they may be paid trolls that call in and make him sound important.
