Players on the calibur of Lesean McCoy and Desean Jackson. Chip loves the superstars that are willing to put aside individual accolades for those of the team. That is why Chip emulates the military. No soldier’s job is more important than another soldier’s job. All sports work the same way. In football the skill players may get all the glory but the game is won just as much by the linemen even though they are not the ones with weekly SportsCenter highlights. If everyone on the team understands this notion then there will be no problems getting 100% on every play from everybody. No one man will want to let his brethren down just like soldiers on the battlefield. That’s why those players are no longer here. To begin last season Lesean McCoy made hefty boasts of gaining 2000+ yards. That boast was one of many that pushed Lesean to be exiled to Buffalo.
